Nestled at the end of a long, forested valley just below the Regello hills, Villa Ortensia awaits you and your traveling companions.

Located 7 minutes from the Incisa exit on the A-1, Villa Ortensia is just 40 minutes from the center of Florence, 50 minutes from Siena and 40 minutes from Arezzo. It is ideal for local sightseeing and enjoying life in a wellappointed Italian villa.

Villa Ortensia has expansive living and dining areas and will accommodate a group of up to 18 people. It features a very large and well-equipped kitchen which includes an espresso machine, microwave, dishwasher, food processor, etc. The villa has a large dining table which seats 18.

Prices shown below include linen, bath towels, separate pool towels, electricity and firewood. Heating costs for the Villa and Granary will be charged separately based on consumption. The prices shown are for Saturday start dates, commencing from 4pm, and finishing at 10am the following Saturday. All rates are for a one week rental period. An additional security deposit of €1,000 will also be payable with the balance and will be refundable subject to any breakages or damage.

Tastefully furnished, Villa Ortensia features 6 bedrooms in the main villa and 2 bedrooms in the annex. On the 2nd floor of the main villa there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a large bedroom with en suite bathroom. Another bedroom has both a double and a single bed so sleeps 3. One bedroom is suitable for 1 person which has an over-sized single bed. One bedroom doubles as a children’s playroom which has a pullout sofa bed. Up the last set of stairs in the turret are 2 double bedrooms with baths. The main villa has 6 bathrooms total and a washing machine.

Two raised swimming pools are surrounded by wooden decks for sunbathing in a very large, fenced garden with a hot tub adjacent to the pool deck. There is also an outdoor charcoal BBQ and covered outdoor table for summer dining. The villa has pool furniture for your enjoyment. There is a volleyball court and table football. TV and wifi are included.

A deposit of 50% of the rental is required at the point of booking. The full balance of the rental is due 8 weeks prior to the date of rental.
